Breakfast Week 2016
"Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dine like a Pauper"
It's a well known phrase, but do you follow it?
Students in Key Stage 3 have all been working about the importance of breakfast to kick start the day. Many students have shown how eating breakfast can improve memory and concentration levels and it can also make us happier as it can improve mood and lower stress levels. Students were challenged to create a poster/powerpoint to share the importance of breakfast with others. The winning students were treated to breakfast with Mr Willingham, Mr Duce, Mr Schwarz and Mrs Wood - well done to all those involved!
